VESCOA has a well-equipped digital library with quality national and international books in different academic and other self-development areas. There is a separate digital section featuring CD-ROMs and DVDs on the core subjects taught at the institute. In addition to that, the library has an impressive subscription to a vast number of periodicals, including national and international Journals. Studio

Each studio is a space of approximately 160 square feet & is fully furnished with 40 drafting tables and stools. There is a locker facility in the studio for every student. Dedicated space is provided for model making & computer use within the studios. They are also equipped with AV facility & WiFi connection along with soft boards to display student work.

Classroom

All classrooms are equipped with an AV facility & a Wifi connection.

Seminar Room

A 200 seating capacity shared air conditioned Seminar Room is available within the premises.

The Laboratory and Workshop infrastructure supports creative thinking and making and is an integral part of architectural education at VESCOA. Students are encouraged to utilize these facilities to the best of their capacities

Computer Lab

VESCOA has a completely air conditioned computer lab with 40 computers of very high-end configuration for graphics use. All computers are loaded with licensed softwares such as Microsoft Office 2017, Net Protector Anti-Virus 2019, Acrobat Pro 2018, CorelDraw, Photoshop, SketchUp, Rhino, Autocad and Revit andEnvi-Met . The server is protected by an Antivirus & Software to ensure the security of the important data

Model Making Lab(5th floor -501)

The model making workshop is provided for preparing miniature model of student’s design project. This facility is equipped with laser cutting machine, hot wire foam cutting machine, pottery wheel machine, glue gun, and ample of working.

Carpentry Lab(5th floor -504)

The carpentry workshop is well equipped for making wooden models & furniture items. Here along with the safety gears, we have Varity of traditional hand tools such as hammer, chisel, saw, marking gauge, spirit level, clamps, bench vice, carpentry vice etc. & latest machine tools such as wood working lathe machine, table saw, belt grinder, jig saw, mini drill machine etc. for shaping wood.

Environmental Lab(6th floor – 601)

Environmental laboratory is set up introducing use of climatic data & meteorological measurement instrument in the architecture education. The lab is equipped with traditional equipment like rain gauge, cup counter anemometer, thematic maps, weather maps, annual reports etc. & digital instrument like thermo-anemometer, anemometer, thermos-hygrometer, infrared- thermometer, lux meter etc.

Material Museum / Surveying Lab(7th floor – 704)

Knowledge of building material is essential to architectural students. The material museum at VESCOA is constantly evolving by adding new construction & fishing materials that are available in local market. Drawers & shelves for storing large samples & pull out racks for displaying planar materials are sample in the material museum. The surveying instrument useful for measuring features of land for designing & construction work are available in this laboratory. The traditional manual tools such as plan table survey, dumpy level, Vernier transit theodolite, optical square, metric chain, fibre glass tape & advance electronic / digital tools such as laser level, hand held GPS receiver are great assets in this laboratory.

Services Lab(7th floor – 701)

The services laboratory enables students to understand various product & technology used in electrical, firefighting, air cooling, building automation here, various product related to building services are displayed & demonstration of newer technology are organized.

Construction Yard

A Construction Yard is available in the College campus where hands-on workshops on Building Construction Techniques are conducted. Such a yard gives ample opportunity for the students to experiment with various building materials, construction technology & more.

The VESCOA faculty has a separate room to work from and stay accessible to the students on campus.

VESCOA has a well-equipped Administrative office with adequate & qualified staff members providing different services to students.

The VES Hostel is located at the Hashu Advani Memorial Complex, Chembur. Separate accommodation is available for girls & boys on a first come first basis.
