1. In house Activities: –


a. It is an enduring tradition to take time to pause, turn around to look at the fruitful year gone by, achieving both the expected and unexpected, while setting various milestones and then synergizing ourselves to move ahead to face the challenges in the coming year with a positive attitude. We thank the almighty God for all the blessings bestowed upon us year after year.
With great pleasure, I present to you, the Annual report of our school for the academic year 2014-15. while the focus was on holistic development of every student.
We also believe in total transparency in our working whether it is the election of the P.T.A members which is held in the month of June or in our examination system as directed by the educational department.
At the pre-examination middle school scholarship- 6 of our students featured in the merit list.


b. On 22nd of July, the Late Shri. Hashu Advaniji’s death anniversary was observed with an enlightening speech.


c.  September month began with the Teachers day celebration in school. This year all the students and teachers had assembled in the school for the live telecast of speech conducted by our new Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi for the first time.


d. School organized field trip for students of  Std I to IV at Nehru Science Centre,   Dome Theatre, Nehru Planetarium, and Nehru centre Art Gallery, at Worli.  There they got the opportunity to take a glimpse of innovations in science education and our solar system.


e. In December, Annual sports events were organized for students, as well as for teaching and non teaching staff too. We all enjoyed a lot and won many prizes.
Workshops were held as a part of the curriculum for std 3 and 4. They were taught paper quilling by special (deaf and dumb) students.
On 26th January, Cubs and Bulbul students participated in the march past event at the VES Ground.


f. Rangoli competition was held for parents in the month of February, in presence of Honourable Dadi Vaswaniji as a chief guest. Hidden talents of parents came across in the form of their Rangolis.
On 22nd February, Late Shri Hashu Advaniji’s 88th Birth Anniversary was celebrated by conducting singing competition in the form of bhajans and shlokas.


g. Headmistress and two teachers attended the ‘SAKSHAM’ Teachers training and leadership programme by BPCL.


h. It has been great blessing to have a dedicated and talented team of teachers and students. We appreciate the whole hearted support extended by our P.T.A members and parents.



2. Out House Activities : –


a. Students bagged the 1st prize in Vivekini patriotic music competition. Since last four years our school has won the 1st prize. Our in house competitions were held regularly every month and included singing, colouring, storytelling, elocution, recitation, quiz, pot and handwriting competitions.


b. At the L-ward level Sai Gharat (II-A) secured 1st prize in colouring competition . Anisha Saraph (I-B) got the consolation prize, Aditi Kamthe (III-B) won the consolation prize, Mansi Lodh (IV-B) got III Prize.


c. 3 of Our students bagged prizes in solo singing competition which was held by  Jagruti (Chaitanya).
d. In Ignited Mind Lab Examination our six students bagged Gold Medal for their outstanding performance.


e. In March, our school got the best school award from All India Kala Academy as well as 6 of our children won gold medals too.
