About the Committee<\/b><\/p>

VESASCAA – Vivekanand Education Society Arts, Science and Commerce Alumni Association<\/span><\/p>

is a registered body.<\/span><\/p>

Each alumnus values the time he or she has spent in college. They choose to come back to their alma mater to share their experiences and bestow our current batches with essential knowledge of the real world through active participation in the form of Judges, Mentors, Guest Speakers, etc. These interactions have served to increase our student\u2019s awareness and helped to bridge the gap between campus and corporate.<\/span><\/p>

Objectives of the Committee\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

  1. To act as link between \u201cAlma matter\u201d and the \u201cAlumni\u201d (the past student)<\/span><\/li>
  2. To provide a platform for interaction between alumni, present student, faculty of the college administration and the Vivekanand education society<\/span><\/li>
  3. To make available the expertise and the experience of the alumni for development of educational activities as well as the employable skills.<\/span><\/li>
  4. Help the students in their project work and placement.<\/span><\/li>
  5. Conduct mock interviews for the students.<\/span><\/li>
  6. To be a jury member for any cultural\/ academic events organized by the College and Alma mater.<\/span><\/li>
  7. To conduct competitions, seminars and workshops for the students.<\/span><\/li>
  8. To grant free-ships, scholarships, prizes, monetary assistance books and\/or stationery to the poor and deserving student etc.<\/span><\/li>
  9. To plan and implement Welfare Programmes \/skill development activities with the object of creating self-reliance.<\/span><\/li>
  10. To educate the community in social Responsibilities and impart the knowledge of various social services available to enable them to make use of the same.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

    List of Activities<\/b><\/p>

    VESASCAA will contribute a yearly sum of Rs. 8000\/- towards the activities of the Career Guidance & Placement cell of VESASC. This money shall only be utilized for payment of<\/span><\/p>

    honorarium to guest speakers.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

    VESACAA will sponsor an honorarium of INR 1000\/ to the invited Guest Speakers to every department per year.<\/span><\/p>

    1. Fourth annual general body meeting was conducted on Thursday, 25<\/span>th<\/span> November 2021 at 5:00 pm AGM (ONLINE MODE)<\/span><\/li>
    2. VESASCAA sponsored an honorarium of INR 1000\/ to the invited Guest Speakers to the various departments such as Physics, economics , Chemistry & Placement cell ,respectively.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
