vernacular students.<\/div><\/li><li><div align=\"left\">Organizes Personality Development programmes based on the ideas of Dale Carnegie and Vincent Peale.<\/div><\/li><li><div align=\"left\">Conducts Sessions on \u201cEffective Oral Communication\u201d.<\/div><\/li><li><div align=\"left\">Conducts workshops on Poetry Writing.<\/div><\/li><li><div align=\"left\">Selected students are given special training to participate in Debates, Elocution competitions, etc.<\/div><\/li><li><div align=\"left\">Selected students are given special assignments to enable them to do a more retentive reading on a specific topic.<\/div><\/li><li><div align=\"left\">Weaker students in English are given additional coaching in English Grammar and vocabulary during the
