THE CURRICULUM (Complete/ Continuous comprehensive Evaluation)
Our school follows SSC curriculum prescribed by Maharashtra board.
In VEPS the curriculum has been so framed that the individual child is the core of the whole programme. An atmosphere of relaxed, easy human relationship between the children and the teachers pervades the classroom. The children are encouraged to get involved in the exciting adventure of learning experience through discussion, enquiry and experimentation. The academic programme at Vivekanand English Pre-Primary and Primary school places an emphasis on every aspect of student growth and development, while meeting state requirements. Suitable class sizes and exceptional, qualified teachers allow us to offer a comfortable and inclusive educational environment, while ensuring each student receives the individualized attention and support they need. Lifelong learning is the cornerstone of all academic planning and activities at VEPS. The school provides a comprehensive academic curriculum supported by a process of teaching for learning that encourages students to develop skills of critical thinking, problem solving, communication, collaboration and creativity. The curriculum is supported by appropriate planning documents, schemes of work and lesson plans.

- Give students experience in linguistic, mathematical, personal, human, social, physical, aesthetic and creative education.
- Enable students to acquire speaking, listening, literacy and numeracy skills are formulated chronologically to show appropriate progress from one stage of education to the next.
The curriculum supports the development of learners who are confident, responsible, reflective, innovative and enquiring, resilient and adaptable. Assessment takes place in line with continuous comprehensive evaluation norms, where both formative and summative assessments play an important role.
