Dr Prasanna B .Ranade won Third Prize in the Fourth National Conference held on 04 October 2023 at Bhusaval Arts, Science and P.O. Nahata Commerce College, Bhusaval in collaboration with Association of Chemistry Teachers, KBCNMU, Jalgaon. He gave Oral Presentation on topic entitled “In Silico Study of Substituted Benzo[de]isoquinolin-9-ol Derivatives as Plasmodium Falciparum Lactate Dehydrogenase Inhibitors”

- Mr. Mushahidi Mohd Mubasshir Mohd. Bashir Razia Begum (T.Y.B.Sc. Biotechnology) and his mentor Ms.Geetanjali Harale, (Assistant Professor in Biotechnology) of Vivekanand Education Society’s College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Chembur has participated and presented a research proposal titled “Virtual Laboratory for enzymology” in Pure Sciences category and UG level and secured FIRST Rank at the Final Round of 15th Avishkar Research Convention: 2020-21 organised on Virtual Platform by University of Mumbai on June 23, 2021.
- Atal Ranking of Institutions on Innovation Achievement (ARIIA) – VES Categorized in Band B (Rank 26-50) in the category of Private or Self Financed College/ Institutions
- Mr. Sagar Ramchandani, TYBSc presented his research paper at ‘Avishkar’ and secured Second Rank for his research paper at Final Round of Mumbai University level and First Rank at Final Round of Maharashtra State Inter-University level.
- Sagar Ramchandani, TY BSc. (Physics) student of 19-20 batch, won the second prize at state level in pure science category of 14th Maharashtra State Inter-University Avishkar Research Convention 2019-20

- Dr. ParinitaMadan (Chemistry) Awarded third prize for Poster presentation at the “National conference organised on recent innovations on and concerns of green chemistry towards sustainability” organised by CKT College, Panvel on 17/02/2020 and 18/02/2020
- Dr. Santosh Bhaskaran won the third prize for oral presentation at the 4th National Conference of the Indian Society of Systems for Science & Engineering, Space Applications Centre, Ahmedabad in September 2019.
- Ms ShwetaPatil (Microbiology) received Best Oral Presentation for her paper at “Frontiers in Applied Biological and Chemical Sciences on 10th and 11th Feb 2017 at CHM College Ulhasnagar.
- Mr. Malay Shah (Microbiology) received second prize in Environmental Science category in the Sajjan Gupta Konark Memorial Award 2017, a national level research poster presentation competition.
- Mr. Malay Shah from the Dept of Microbiology received the “IconSWM 2016 Excellent Paper Award” for the paper titled “Production of high quality compost from feather waste: A novel, cost effective and sustainable approach for feather waste management and organic soil management” at the 6th International Conference on Solid Waste Management, organized by CQMS, Jadavpur University, Kolkata between 24th and 26th of November, 2016.

- Aarohi P. (Psychology Department) paper on ‘Empowerment of sexually abused women’ at “K.B. College of Arts, Science and Commerce for Women” at the seminar held on 22nd and 23rd Jan., 2010 where her paper was adjudged as one of the best papers
- (Mrs.) Anita Kanwar (Physics Department) received 1st prize for Best Oral Presentation for her paper “Phase transitions in the Polymer Dispersed Cholesteric Liquid Crystals” at the National Conference on Physics of Semiconductor Devices and Smart Materials-NC-PSDSM in 2007 at Mumbai.
- Prof. (Ms) Santhini S. Nair was awarded the THIRD prize for presenting her Research Poster on the Topic ‘Assessment of Environmental Impact of SNPs on Soil Bacteria in a simulated Soil System’ at the International Conference on Environmental Conservation by Adopting New Technologies (ICECANT2014) held on 28th and 29th January 2014, at Modern College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Pune-5, under Quality Improvement Programme, University of Pune.
- Dr. (Mrs.) SunitiNagpurkar (HOD of Economics Department) along with a team of 2 students was awarded a prize by WTI (We Think for India, an NGO) for submission of a paper on “Draft National Manufacturing Sector Policy 2003” at the All India Competition organized by the above body.
