Library
Library is located on first floor of the VESCOA college building. Library is well lit, spacious & Air-conditioned having a good collection of books, Journals, E-Journals, E-database etc. VESCOA library has a biometric attendance and has an open access for students. It has organized various library activities for encouraging for students reading books, maximum library books usage, create an interest sitting in library for study. for example, few of the events organized in VESCOA library are Books Lovers Day, Book Exhibition etc.
VESCOA has a well-equipped digital library with quality national and international books in different academic and other self-development areas. There is a separate digital section featuring CD-ROMs and DVDs on the core subjects taught at the institute. In addition to that, the library has an impressive subscription to a vast number of periodicals, including national – international Journals, and various digital resources which enhances VESCOA’s academic offering. VESCOA also has the provision for the Kindle for digital reading. There is ample space for reading and working on computers. The Library also has WiFi for student access.
VESCOA library functions through KOHA library Software. The Database of the library is available on WEBOPAC.

- Every student entering the library should possess his or her identity card.
- Silence should be maintained in the Library Premises.
- Mobile phones should be kept on silent mode in the Institute premises
- Students should Keep your bags in the racks provided in the library.
- Students must carefully handle the library books and should put the Library books back to return counter before leaving.
- If student loses/or misplaces the book, he/she has to report to the Librarian on the same day and clear your Library account by replacing the book within a week.
- All students are requested to check the issued books or any reading material before leaving the counter. If you find physical condition of the book is not good, please inform the Librarian.
- Borrower will be responsible for any damage found while returning books
- Please return the borrowed books on time. If there is any due, please clear on the spot and collect the receipt for the same.
- Library resources like Standards, Reference Books, Journals /Magazines are to be referred within library premises.
- Books reservation facility is available. Books can be collected within 2 days after arriving.
General Rules
- Eatable are not allowed in the Library.
- Library chairs should not be shifted from one place to another.
- Books/Journals taken out from a shelf for reference should be put back in their correct places. In case of doubt, assistance of the library staff could be requested.

The VESCOA Library Subscribes to the E-resources through the Publishers. The Remote Access service is provided to the Faculty Members and Students to smoothly access the subscribed E-resources from outside the Institute Campus. Username & Password have been provided to all the Faculty Members and Students to access the resources 24/7 through Identity Providers. You may communicate to the Library at vescoa.library@ves.ac.in for any issues in accessing the E-resources.

All resources can be accessed on MYLOFT remote access platform. the OFF-campus access service is provided to the faculty members and students to seamlessly access the subscribed E-Journals and E-Books.
