In April, VESCOA conducted a successful National Level Online Training on “Parametric Tools & Computational Design in Architecture”.

In April, Vivekanand Education Society’s College of Architecture conducted a successful National Level Online Training on “Parametric Tools and Computational Design in Architecture,” under the aegis of the Council of Architecture’s Training Research Centre (COA-TRC) – Bhopal.

This training program is divided into eight modules, with a focus on implementing design projects using parametric design thinking. VESCOA has also invited industry professionals, field researchers, and academicians from Mumbai, Puna, Noida, and Melbourne to share knowledge of the evolving parametric design needs. VES College of Architecture provided hands-on training for Rhinoceros 3D and its plugin software, along with the opportunity to engage with industry professionals to learn from their practical experiences, tackle parametric design challenges, and understand the field implementation process.

Empowering the next generation of architects and designers, this training fostered creativity and innovation in the architectural landscape.

 

VES College of Architecture organises National level training on ‘Parametric Tools and Computational Design in Architecture

Vivekanand Education Society’s College of Architecture, one of the leading colleges of Mumbai University, is organizing National level Online Training Programme till 23rd April 2023 on “Parametric Tools and Computational Design in Architecture” under the Aegis of Council of Architecture’s Training Research Centre, (COA-TRC) – Bhopal.

COA- TRC, the academic and research wing established under COA (The Govt of India) aims to nurture a culture of entrepreneurship in the creative minds of young Architects and designers so that their ideas may be metamorphosed into newer, niftier products or services capable of being utilized commercially.

This training programme is divided into eight modules. The modules have been prepared with a focus on implementing design projects using parametric design thinking. VES College of Architecture will provide hands-on training for the Rhinoceros 3D and its plugins software, as well as the opportunity to speak with industry professionals about their practical experience, parametric design challenges, and field implementation process in this programme.

VESCOA has also invited industry professionals, field researchers, and academicians from Mumbai, Puna, Noida, and Melbourne to share knowledge of the evolving parametric design needs. This Training programme is designed specifically for students, faculty, researchers, and professionals interested in experimenting with a design solution that goes beyond traditional design thinking.

Talking about this association Principal of VESCOA, Dr Prof. Anand Achari, said, “In the dynamic environment of design and development, automated design has become essential. As responsible professionals, we must always keep up with new technological advancements to match architectural practice’s academic and technological advancements. This kind of training programme assists participants in integrating and applying their knowledge in their respective academic and professional domains.”

VESCOA organises national level training on parametric tools and computational design in architecture

Vivekanand Education Society’s College of Architecture (VESCOA), a part of Mumbai University, has announced to organize National level Online Training Programme till April 23, 2023 on the theme “Parametric Tools and Computational Design in Architecture”.  The training programme has been organised under the aegis of Council of Architecture’s Training Research Centre, (COA-TRC) – Bhopal. 

According to an official release, this training programme is divided into eight modules. The modules have been prepared with a focus on implementing design projects using parametric design thinking.
