Objectives of the Committee 

1. To receive complaints and arbitration requests(i.e. grievances) and to provide a preliminary review and screening process
2. To consider the grievance of the student and staff and to make recommendations to the proper authorities for taking final decisions and in some cases to redress the grievance at its level.
