  • Keeping the need of the industry for trained students the department has devised its own style of delivering the program to equip the students with the required skill sets.

SALIENT FEATURES OF THE DEPARTMENT:

  1. Integrates industry interaction in the form of guest lectures, summer internships and live projects in subjects like entrepreneurship.
  2. Presentation, case studies, workshops & role plays are an integral part of the curriculum delivery process.
  3. The department’s USP are the various clubs namely KNOWLEDLE CLUB, MENTOR CLUB, ENTREPRENEURSHIP CLUB, LANGUAGE CLUB, FINANCE CLUB and MARKETING CLUB which hosts a plethora of activities and provides a platform for every single student to showcase their capabilities, build skills as well as create a sense of bonding.
  4. The department holds annual specific theme based events such as Biz Dramatiz, Rural Haat, Traveller’s Haven, Parampara, Jugaad, etc.
  5. SEWA – the flagship social entrepreneurship annual event of the department is an innovative student driven concept which combines entrepreneurship with the joy of giving.
  6. Students participate in intra-collegiate and inter-collegiate events throughout the year winning laurels for the college.
  7. Students with special needs are provided with a support system to enable them to integrate with the normal curriculum delivery process.
  8. Continuous counseling and mentoring of the students happen for both academic and non-academic problems faced by students.
  9. The department arranges industrial visits for the students based on the educational needs.
  10. Regular guest lectures are organised with well-placed resource persons and distinguished alumni from industry.
