About the Committee
Cultural committee is the nodal body in the college for the conduct of all cultural activities across all streams of Aided, Self-financing & Autonomous. The cultural comprises of four sub committees responsible for looking after cultural events at various levels such as:
- Cultural Forum – Intra collegiate activities
- Youth Festival & Intercollegiate activities
- Talentia – Annual Cultural Fest
- Annual Day
Objectives of the Committee
- To give a platform to showcase their talents.
- To encourage and nurture cultural talent among students.
- To give experiential learning opportunities in the area of leadership, team building and event management.

About the Committee
Cultural Forum is a platform for students to participate in competitive cultural events throughout the year. The college has designated a separate Forum slot in which no lectures are scheduled to give students the opportunity to participate in cultural events.
Cultural Forum is also the gateway for selection and participation in other intercollegiate events.
Objectives of the Committee
- To give students a platform to showcase their talents in Performing Arts, Fine Arts and Literary Arts.
- To hold competitions among students at intra collegiate level.
- To give a chance to all talented students within college premises to display their talent.

About the Committee
Talentia has always been a platform for students to showcase their multifaceted talents. For all these years, it had been a successful intra collegiate event. The primary motive therefore is to provide the right platform for students to exhibit their talents in a variety of cultural events that fall under the categories of Performing Arts, Fine Arts & Literary Arts.
Objectives of the Committee
- To create a cohesive team of teachers, administrative staff, student council members and other student volunteers all working in tandem to achieve wholehearted participation from maximum number of students and ensure a smooth and organized and disciplined conduct of all the events on several days.
- To build up the excitement and momentum for bringing out the best in the participants, so that they can have their share of fun and enjoy the participation in the events of their choice.
- To select the Most Talented Male and Female student as Mr & Ms.Talentia by competing to be the best among all.
- To build a brand image for the college via the events by popularizing on social networks to attract talented students for enrolment in our college and to earn credits via sponsorships.
- To enhance alumni networking by inviting our talented alumni of yesteryears as judges especially for the Performing Events.

About the Committee
This committee is a part of the cultural committee of the college, handling the youth festival and intercollegiate events. Youthfestival is organized by University of Mumbai every year between June to September. There are two rounds of the competition i.e zonal and final round. More than 40 events are organized under youthfestival, where students can participate in events like Music, theater, dance, short film, fine arts, literary arts and jackpot round for contingent leaders.
This committee is also handling Intercollegiate events where students are getting exposure to participate in different events across the State.
Objectives of the Committee
- To provide diverse experiences of cultural activities through maximum participation in youth festivals and inter collegiate events.
- To provide guidance to the students to showcase their talents.
- To provide professional training for folk dance, theater events, music events and other events from time to time.
- Awarding cultural King (male) and Queen (female) at the year end who have won highest prizes throughout the year in cultural events.
